1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solarelites' services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Solarelites provides solar energy installation, consultation, maintenance, and government subsidy assistance services. Specific terms for each service are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and government policy changes. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed service agreement.

4. Government Subsidy Assistance

Solarelites provides assistance with government subsidy applications as a service to our customers. Subsidy approval is subject to government policies and DISCOM approvals, which are beyond our control. We do not guarantee subsidy disbursement but commit to following all correct procedures.

5. Warranties

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (manufacturer)
• Inverters: 5–10 year warranty (manufacturer)
• Workmanship: 10-year warranty (Solarelites)
• Structural: 10-year warranty on mounting structures

Warranties are void in cases of damage due to acts of God, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment structure: 30% advance, 60% before installation, 10% on commissioning. EMI and solar loan options are available subject to financier approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solarelites' liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profits, business interruption, or grid-related issues beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
